Why is New York so Much Worse?
The death rate per 100,000 residents is so much worse in New York (really New York City) than everywhere else in the country.
As of April 29, the death rate from COVID-19 in New York is 25% higher than the next closest state, New Jersey, which itself is 25% higher than Connecticut.
Why is NYC so much worse than everywhere else in the country? There are some very plausible explanations, such as population density, its status as an international hub of commerce leading to more infected people traveling in and out of the area and so on. Once you get through those explanations you might get to the ones that question how the deaths are being calculated and if NY is doing something different or if those calculations are accurate. Then you get to the potentially terrifying explanations like we see in this whistleblower video that is picking up steam on social media:
In this video the person claims that people are dying in NYC due to the protocols being followed there, and that there's a general lack of caring that is leading to increased deaths. If true this is horrifying and might explain why so many more people die in NY than anywhere else.
Update 5/1: To add a little bit more conspiratory fuel to the fire... Project Veritas interviewed some Funeral Directors in NYC and their comments are not good.
Update 5/4: Perhaps there's an additional reason. Hospital administrators are allegedly pressuring doctors to list COVID on the death certificate so they can get paid more.
