The IRS Cannot be Reformed

I'm no Apple fanboy, but the scrutiny that company is under for following the convoluted tax laws Congress written is completely unwarranted. That scrutiny is also a function of a completely broken tax code. Richard Rahn from Cato Institute does a good job outlining why the income tax code is fundamentally broken and cannot be "reformed".
