Net Neutrality is Hurting the Internet

Net neutrality is both a convenient buzzword and a Trojan horse. Its supporters fascinate me because they claim they want a regulation-free internet but cry to the gov't for regulations on the internet.

The future of the internet isn't in your ability to stream Netflix. How we interact with applications and "the cloud" now is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, so to hamstring its future with legal mandates of "equal treatment" of data ignores the obviousness that not all traffic is equal -- if it were you wouldn't have overnight shipping -- and shouldn't be treated as such.

Don't hurt the future of the internet. Fight back against "net neutrality".
