Dust off your dancing boots and grab your glitter – Campo Sancho is back for another weekend of pure, unfiltered groove magic. From July 25-27 at Walkern Hall, Hertfordshire, the legendary Sancho Panza crew is bringing their boutique festival vibes to the countryside once again, with a fire lineup that blends house, disco, funk, soul, and a whole lotta love.

With Optimo, Crazy P, Luke Una, Tigerbalm, Aroop Roy, Grace Sands, Tia Cousins and a packed roster of party starters, this is shaping up to be one for the heads, the hips, and the heart.

Sancho Panza has been setting dancefloors alight since the early warehouse days, soundtracking sweaty, euphoric nights and defining proper underground dance culture. With a two-decade reign as Notting Hill Carnival’s go-to house music powerhouse, they’ve built a legacy of big vibes, even bigger basslines, and dancefloor moments that stick with you forever—and 2025 is no exception.

Still leading from the front, still throwing down with the best, and still serving up unforgettable festival energy, this year’s lineup is stacked, bringing legends, rising stars, and groove maestros together for another unmissable Campo Sancho session.

This year, they’re serving up a feast of selectors, featuring genre-bending Optimo, the ever-iconic Luke Una, disco-funk fusionists Crazy P, and the euphoric energy of Tigerbalm. Expect house, nu-disco, Balearic bangers, and everything in between from selectors like Grace Sands, Aroop Roy, and Tia Cousins, plus a stellar supporting cast, including Lisa Loud, Pete Herbert, Stuart Patterson, Sophie Lloyd, and Serge Santiago b2b David Parr (aka Stompa Phunk Sound System).

And because Campo Sancho isn’t just about the dancefloor, 2025 sees the introduction of “Upwoods”, a brand-new woodland escape curated by Listen Here, Camp Bliss, and Sancho Panza. Expect laid-back grooves, immersive performances, and plenty of cocktail-fueled toe-tapping from the likes of Aidy West, Emma Noble, Ronnie Turner, and Dan The Drum.

Family Friendly, Dancefloor Approved

It’s not just about the grown-ups getting their groove on – Campo Sancho has something for the little ravers too. Expect circus acts, kids’ discos (yes, with Lisa Loud on deck duties!), roaming performers, and a proper arts programme to keep the young ones entertained while the parents cut shapes.

Tickets Are Flying – Don’t Get FOMO

Tickets for Campo Sancho 2025 are moving fast, with Early Birds already nearly gone. Don’t be the mate that waits until the last minute and misses out – secure your spot now at campotickets.sanchopanza.org.

Campo Sancho isn’t just a festival – it’s a reunion of the real ones, a weekend of dancefloor escapism, and a reminder of why we all fell in love with this music in the first place. See you in the fields, Sancho family. 🌞🎶💃

Affordable Access: Boundary Brighton Festival Pioneers ‘Pay What You Can’ Option https://datatransmission.co/event-news/affordable-access-boundary-brighton-festival-pioneers-pay-what-you-can-option/ Mon, 19 Aug 2024 07:15:04 +0000 https://datatransmission.co/?p=71633 Boundary Brighton Festival (28th September at Stanmer Park in Brighton) has launched a ‘Pay What You Can Afford’ fair ticketing initiative.

The post Affordable Access: Boundary Brighton Festival Pioneers ‘Pay What You Can’ Option appeared first on Data Transmission.

]]>
Boundary Brighton Festival (28th September at Stanmer Park in Brighton) has launched a ‘Pay What You Can Afford’ initiative. For one week only (14th – 21st August), Boundary aims to give back to the community that helped it become Brighton’s biggest electronic music festival, in particular 18 – 24 year-olds forced to cut back on going out due to the cost-of-living crisis.

Boundary will allocate 1,000 tickets to this campaign and festival-goers can buy up to two each at whatever price they can afford, starting from just £10 per ticket.

Boundary Brighton will donate 25% of each ticket sale from this new initiative to its charity partner, Starr Trust, helping it to continue its vital mission to empower young people in the region.

Over 100 festivals have been forced to cancel this year with many others reducing capacity or cutting back on production. Despite six sold-out events in the past seven years, Boundary observes the financial challenges facing the industry. However, instead of cutting costs, it plans to take a positive approach, using the ‘Pay What You Can Afford’ initiative to give back to its community and help deliver the festival to its usual high standards.

As many young people struggle with the cost-of-living crisis, this initiative ensures that the acknowledged, positive impact of live music events and socialising on mental health is not limited just to those who can afford it.

With a lineup including Wilkinson, Songer, K Motionz, Flowdan, Harriet Jaxxon, Denis Sulta, Joy (Anonymous), Ewan McVicar, Eliza Rose, Friction, Serum, Sota, Badger and many more, Boundary Brighton will be a date on the calendar that ticket holders can look forward to.

Boundary also recognises the support of those who have already bought tickets for this year’s event and loyalty tickets will be made available after the festival. Boundary also asks those who can afford standard tickets to show their support for the festival and the live music industry by purchasing these and not using the ‘Pay What You Can Afford’ option.

Press shot

Brighton is home to the Boundary team and the festival has a deep connection to the community, supporting various organisations throughout the year. Alongside the Starr Trust, Boundary is also partnering with Brighton Uni Student Union for 2024, as well as Tickets For Good which provides free and heavily discounted tickets to NHS staff, NHS students, and NHS contractors.

Local electronic music artists and promoters also benefit from support from Boundary Brighton with local venues hosting stages and playing a pivotal role in curating lineups of the most exciting local talent. Boundary actively promotes stage partners’ events, celebrates their achievements, and helps build their communities throughout the year.

The vital support received to date has helped Boundary move forward this year despite a challenging environment. The launch of the ‘Pay What You Can Afford’ initiative sees the festival give back with thanks.

Tickets are available from https://bit.ly/BoundaryPWYCA.
