Pinto (NYC) releases his ‘Oh Yeah EP’ on Rawsome

Since his first release in 2016, Pinto (NYC) has been steadily rising among the house music ranks with his strong, aggressive style that has continually smashed dance floors from city to city.

With some of his finest work yet ‘Oh Yeah EP’ sums up years of hard work and a sense of how to put together a pair of absolutely rocking house tunes.

Opening up with our premiere today, ‘Oh Yeah’, Pinto delivers a pumping bass line that is powered along by a dirty, roughed-up drum track with equally gritty chords that build-up into a swirling bit of madness before dropping back into the bass. ‘I Can’t Take’ brings you a major dose of acid that is full of energy and sure to get you into the groove.

Following the two originals are remixes from Demuir and Fraser Whalen each bringing a different, dark twist.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
