Without a doubt Kyle Watson has to be seen as one of the most exciting acts hailing from one of the most interesting emerging markets out there. Constantly establishing and improving his trademark sound ever since we heard his first submission on our first Selections V.A. album it is very exciting for This Ain’t Bristol to see him raise the bar from release to release.
They are delighted to have their South African favorite Kyle Watson involved with his own EP for the third time now. This time Kyle takes us on a road trip to the good vibes. His bass bubbling trademark sound as well as that funky Watson groove are yet again all over these three strong tracks, of which one will find it hard to pick a favorite from. Perfectly juggling forward pushing stabs and gurn animating basslines with enlightening melodies and an amazing acoustic deepness creating those authentic “hands in the air moments“ without begging for them. Close your eyes and dive into these.
