Mark Jenkyns & Killed Kassette combine on “In And Out You” for Lapsus Music

Lapsus Music welcome Mark Jenkyns & Killed Kassette to the label with their “In And Out You” release including two solid tech-house bangers, due out on 26th February.

Born out of the seminal UK rave scene of the ‘90s, Killed Kassette is an artist with an impressive story to tell. A pioneer of house music with a remarkable resume, composed of associations with some of the biggest artists and labels in the evolution of the genre (inc. remixes for Carl Craig, Kevin Saunderson, Chez Damier, Roland Clark and Paul Oakenfold’s illustrious Perfecto Records imprint). Once a member of a largely successful production duo, he made the break as a solo artist in 2013 and hasn’t looked back.

Recognised in equal measures for his expert command of the dance floor, his heavyweight productions and his close affinity to the Paradise and Hot Creations family, Mark Jenkyns has become an undeniable stalwart of the house and techno scene with an impressive and ever-expanding list of accolades that includes release on Suara, Crosstown Rebels, Hot Creations, Defected and VIVa.

The Newcastle native has always relied on skills and talent to prove himself, and with his most recent ‘Sirens EP’ landing on Hottrax and hitting the overall Beatport top 10 within just three days, it’s easy to understand why he holds residencies at Paradise and Abode in Ibiza, and elite party brands like Elrow and VIVa Warriors have him featuring on line-ups across the globe. With an impressive Autumn/Winter run of shows that will see Mark hit dancefloors from Ibiza to South America, the real icing on the cake comes as an invitation from the Hot Creations boss himself, Jamie Jones, for Mark to join him on a tour as his official warm up DJ.
