Scottish DJ/Producer Nico Balducci makes his debut on Lapsus Music label with his ‘Sending Lovers’ EP where he’s joined by label bosses Supernova who take on remix duties bringing their dynamic sound to the release.
With Balducci becoming known for releasing his signature tech house sound on renowned labels including Circus, Safe Music, Under No Illusion where his style feels equally as at home in the main room as it does in the basement for the heads keeping their cool, losing themselves in the sounds surrounding them and this EP is no different, delivering on every level of the club.
Opening the EP, the title track ‘Sending Lovers’ takes us on a journey deep into the tech-driven world of the Scottish producer layered with melodic male vocals and driving basslines bringing the energy to this underground stomper. Next up, ‘No Paradise’ continues the journey with its powerful kicks, claps and bleeps keeping us in the basement on this one. This time around female vocals lead the way to ensure we’re kept moving.
Closing out the EP, Italian house music royalty, Supernova, takes on remix duties on ‘No Paradise’ and delivers an unadulterated four-to-the-floor dancefloor filler making this an EP not to be missed.
