Gaia is a Drum & Bass DJ, radio host and aspiring producer based in London, UK.
She has been DJing for several years, playing venues such as XOYO, House of Vans, Electric Ballroom and Scala, supporting artists such as Fabio & Grooverider, Artificial Intelligence, President T and more.
She is a VOICES RADIO resident, presenting and producing The Liquid Hour every month.
She also plays house/disco and open format sets and has residencies at several London bars and clubs.
Now she adds another string to her bow by joining our Renegade Riddims series. I met Gaia on a night out in London following RAM Records’ Orchestram back in March this year and I’ve been looking forward to getting her on the series ever since. She has delivered a great liquid mix ready for summer listening! The mix features music from the likes of Alix Perez, High Contrast, Calibre, SpectraSoul, Technimatic & Riya, Pola & Bryson and loads more!

What’s your personal favourite track on it?
My favourite track is ‘RWTS’, a new release on Soulvent Records from Hugh Hardie and In:Most.
What’s the special ingredient in this mix?
I’ve included some new releases and older tunes with summer vibes!
What have you got coming up?
I’m playing at Corsica Studios in June and July, E1 in September plus a top secret show in October which I can’t wait to announce!
When was the last time you actually raved?
I went to Project 6 a few weeks ago – the first festival of the summer with the perfect lineup.
