Winning the Muzik Magazine DJ competition back in 1998 set Yousef off on his way. Twenty years on, and with his globally acclaimed club night series ‘Circus’ reaching its astonishing 15th year, his label is putting out a ‘15 Years Of Circus’ compilation featuring the world’s biggest names.
To celebrate his achievements, Yousef is also releasing a new EP, titled ‘Tools’, a fiery four-track package that recollects his raw, energetic and jacking house and techno sound.
Our premiere today is ‘The Night’ which kicks off ‘Tools’ and wastes little time raising the energy levels with a driving four to the floor house beat, off kilter piano samples, silky vocal samples and a jacking club vibe.
‘TOOLS’ EP is released 16TH February through Circus Recordings.
