When our friends at London based imprint Ninja Tune revealed that they had added Berlin-based producer Machinedrum to their arsenal of acts we instantly expected big things and it is safe to say he more than delivered with the release of his sophomore album ‘Vapor City’. The concept album saw each track on the release represent a different district in a ‘city’ as imagined by Machinedrum himself and quickly found itself as one of our favorite releases of the year.

Following up from LP Ninja Tune have now revealed that Machinedrum will be revisiting the project for a new album called ‘Vapor City Archives’ which will arrive November 17 and can be previewed over at their website here

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
