For the new release on Say What? they welcome Jo Poole with her ‘Final Calling’ EP

Jo is a young DJ/Producer originally from near Bristol but now based in Manchester. She kicked off 2021 with a guest mix for Alan Fitzpatrick’s label We Are The Brave, had her first release on Mario Ochoa’s Avenue Recordings and now she landed an EP with Say What? in the form of 4 dancefloor bombs.

At the end of 2019, after a Summer in Ibiza to focus on music production, she moved North to teach at Make Me A DJ and manages Rudosa’s hard techno label, Moments In Time.

Our premiere ‘Final Calling’ is a warm and timeless piece of Techno, that directly shows Jo is here to stay. Rumbling drums and synths, pulsing like an alarm, are the main elements, that will take you Into a hypnotic realm.

‘I Want To Feel’ is the second stomper on the release and serves as a perfect rolling tool, that can fit many sets. Stomping, groovy, yet still tough, with a vocal snippet keeping you going for hours and hours.

‘Nyctophobia’ is yet another track, that shows Jo is a new force on the scene to be reckoned with. Slamming drums, mesmerising groove for late afterhours and her signature vocal snippets finish the track off, making this another winner on the release.

‘Otsana’ is the last track on this already impressive release and yet again she shows her from her best side. Raw synths and a relentless drive make this a perfect tool, that will be loved by many.

We premiere ‘Final Calling’ on NUDE Techno, check it out here and grab it here.
