Alan Nieves makes a return to South Of Saturn with ‘My Man EP’ this April.

Hailing from New York, Alan Nieves has been working to establish himself as one to watch tech-house producers all over this past years. Combining great deep grooves with danceable rhythms Alan Nieves is releasing brilliant works in labels like Sanity, Wow! and elrow Music just to name a few. This works and his great DJ skills allowed Alan to play in infamous NYC venues such as Output or Cielo, two of the top-notch discos of the Big Apple.

Following releases on elrow, Circus, and Deeperfect, Alan Nieves lines up his second release for Lee Foss’ imprint, bringing an impeccably produced package of house bombs to the table.

Lead track ‘My Man’ opens with stripped back, regimented drums, met with a deep bassline, muffled vocals and piano melodies, leading into our premiere ‘Kinfolk’. The track sees Nieves take a more maximalist approach, bring clicky percussion and synth licks to the forefront over an upfront 4/4 pattern.

Closing cut ‘2 Steps Back’ looks to the after-party, delivering a pumping, hypnotic groove over affected vocals for a low key yet highly danceable affair, rounding out another high octane release for South Of Saturn.

We premiere ‘Kinfolk’ today, check it out below and grab it here.
