Pirate Copy debuts on MÜSE as he drops his three-track ‘Party Time’ EP.

A longstanding part of the Manchester house scene, with countless hours spent amongst the city’s iconic institutions from The Warehouse Project to Joshua Brooks, DJ/producer Pirate Copy now counts the likes of Warung Beach Club, BRET and Amnesia amongst the list of leading global venues he’s played at in recent years.

A regular on the likes of Kaluki and Sola, with further material via Solid Grooves, Hot Creations and Moon Harbour, he opens his 2024 account with a first appearance on Dennis Cruz and Eddy M’s MÜSE with three fresh tracks on his ‘Party Time’ EP.

Title cut ‘Party Time’ is loaded with funk as playful bass licks and loose percussion meet hooky vocal snippets, while ‘Ric Funk’ is a stripped-back, skippy effort harnessing further slick samples. Last up, ‘Follow The Leader’ is pumping and driving as warm organs meet lively drums to close the show with abundant energy.

Pirate Copy ‘Moment’ drops via MÜSE on 16th February 2024.
