The mighty GAWP & Gene Farris make their debut on the SOUP label with two jackin’ ghetto acid jams.

One to Watch in 2018” by DJ Mag, UK’s GAWP has certainly made a name for himself in the underground house world during 2019. With releases on labels like Dirtybird, elrow, Main Course, Heldeep, Toolroom and This Ain’t Bristol with his signature UK-bass driven sound.

GAWP has teamed up with the Chicago staple Gene Farris, who is always ahead of the game and has an outstanding 2020 lined up with some of the biggest labels and players in the industry. Delivering two tracks prepared to smash the dance floor. “Calling You” is a relentless ripper that builds up to a frenetic acid crescendo, and “Body Twerk” delivers a more chugging and garage-fueled groove with bossy vocals to match.
