NUDE 004: Kruger

Kruger is the musical alias of London based DJ and producer Talib Karimi.

Having started to DJ whilst in university, Kruger took the first steps towards becoming a professional DJ by playing house parties and radio shows. Since moving into nightclubs, it’s fair to say that Kruger has been making all the right noises and is quickly carving out a place for himself in one of the world’s most competitive club scenes. 
Having graduated from the Point Blank Music School in 2016, Kruger quickly gained recognition in London’s clubbing circuit, playing gigs in some of the city’s best established clubbing institutions such as Ministry of Sound and Egg as well as festivals such as We Are Fstvl and Elrow. Also the winner of the Point Blank DJ Competition, Kruger was invited to play the closing set at DJ Mag’s Work Bar.

He is currently a resident for the underground Techno night “Room 2” in London. Kruger is also an accomplished producer, releasing his first EP on Mini Vibes Records in 2018 followed by his second on Room 2 records in 2019. With another EP now completed and awaiting release, it is clear that the future is bright for Kruger both behind the decks and in the studio.
