SKS and Forum combine on ‘Stained Glass’

SKS is a key player in the Drum & Bass scene. A party organizer at Bikini, he started mixing Drum & Bass in 2001 in Toulouse. He was noticed for his eclectic selections and finest choice of promos and exclusives. He has played alongside some of the greatest artists of the genre such as Andy C, Noisia and DJ Marky. He has played in cities across the world including New York, Montreal, Quebec, London, Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Bratislava, Hamburg, Ghent, Venice, Pula, Montpellier, Bordeaux and Lyon.

As a producer, his tracks have received great support from the scene and have been playlisted by Noisia, Audio, Ed Rush, Marcus Intalex and Rockwell to name a few.

In 2004 he founded the label Vandal Records which has released music by artists such as S.P.Y, Signs, Nymfo, Hyroglifics, Chromatic, Incognito, L 33, Zombie Cats, Lockjaw, Dj Chap, Level 2, Detail, Quadrant & Iris and Ed:it among others.

Since 2012, he has co-managed the label with Redeyes and together in 2014 they created the sub-label Vandal Limited which is dedicated to Liquid, Jungle and Future Beats.

These days, the label is going really strong. They have an LP due for release on 10th July, the 5th part in their ‘Modern Soul’ series. A whole load of artists have had their music added to the album including Phase & LaMeduza, Adred, Mark Dinimal, Invadhertz, Monty, Zero T & Villem and loads more.

With regards to Forum, there’s not much we can tell you as his identity is a secret…

Today we premiere SKS and Forum‘s contribution to the album ‘Stained Glass’. It is a glorious piece of rolling liquid that I absolutely love. My only wish…to hear it on a big system in a sunny park at a festival or a dark, sweaty rave.
