The leading platform for industry, culture and education in electronic music; International Music Summit (IMS Ibiza Summitreturns for its thirteenth edition in April 2022, following a two-year hiatus.

Co-presented by BBC Radio 1 broadcasters Pete Tong MBE and Jaguar, the summit will continue to pledge to highlight and focus on its core values to an industry emerging and re-building following the global pandemic.

For the first time in the history of the summit, IMS will adopt a no-panel policy for the first time in the history of the summit, IMS Ibiza Summit 2022 will curate a series of keynotes, lectures, conversations, workshops and sessions with industry thought-leaders who will bring their extensive knowledge and experience to analyse and identify best practice that the electronic music industry can adopt, rooted in the core values of IMS; sustainability, climate action, equality, innovation, collaboration, transparency, education, mental health and wellbeing.

A sensitively designed program will be presented to thousands of delegates from over fifty countries, built to inspire and serve as a catalyst for positive change across the industry, from the boardroom to the dancefloor.

MS co-founder Ben Turner states: “It is time for change, so we start here. The temporary switch-on was a strong indication that many of our industry had forgotten the many values discussed and debated during the lockdown, so expect IMS Ibiza Summit to take the conversation forwards again as we go In Pursuit of Purpose. We’re removing the multi-person panels to allow bigger amplification of thinking from less dominant but equally as inspiring individuals – you will not hear the ‘panel’ word at IMS Ibiza Summit 2022! We can’t wait to help open the Ibiza season alongside our fellow club owners and operators on the island.”

IMS Ibiza Summit’s new co-host Jaguar says: “Co-hosting IMS Ibiza Summit 2022 with the legend Pete Tong is truly a dream come true. I’ve learnt so much from attending the summit over the years and I feel so strongly about bringing through the next wave of electronic artists and opening doors for my generation. I’m excited to head up forward-thinking conversations and inspire and get to know new artists.”
