Eme Kulhnek lands on Gem Records with his ‘Geheimnisse’ EP

For our 72nd release on Gem Records, they welcome Argentina’s Eme Kulhnek. Eme is an Artist who has become known for his minimalistic techno style which has to lead him to grow into one of Argentina’s fastest rising talents.

His latest offering for Gem Records opens things up with the title track, ‘Geheimnisse’. A powerful face-melting beast with deep rolling subs and electrifying leads that build up tension perfectly before taking us back to its stripped-down, groovy core. Next up, label boss, Secret Cinema takes us on a thumping, deep and hypnotic journey with his rendition of ‘Geheimnisse’.

Dutch legend Jeroen Verheij aka Secret Cinema has been known under many aliases for the last 30 years, producing timeless classics such as “Mengs Theme. He has consistently been regarded as one of the Netherland’s, if not the world’s top techno producers and live acts.

During this time he has produced some of the biggest techno anthems including Timeless Altitude, Sonar System, Mary Go Wild and two of the popular tunes on Sven Vath’s Cocoon Records – Shake Your Tech Ass & Kurzweil. He has headlined many of the biggest festivals around the globe including closing the Awakenings Festival.

Showing off all its dynamics with playful drums and complexity in layers, Secret Cinema proves to us once again why he is one of the most versatile producers in modern-day techno. Closing things off, ‘Digitalyzer’, is a true after-hours banger that focusing on creepy synth lines and a massive twisting groove, which serves as the perfect closer to Eme Kulhnek’s debut release on Gem Records.
