Data Transmission Radio Live & Visual Broadcast from W Hotel Barcelona during Off Sónar

We are very excited to announce that Data Transmission Radio will be hosting an extra special LIVE & visual broadcast, from the incredible and iconic, luxury W Barcelona

We’ll be taking over their ‘Sound Suite’ Recording studio on Thursday 18^th July from Midday till 7pm CEST.

The stream will feature interviews and guest mixes from some of the biggest artists in town for Sónar week, all hosted by our flagship resident Wax Worx. Joining the fun will be W Barcelona’s music curator PIEM, and our Radio boss, Sacha.

The ‘Sound Suite’ concept is the brainchild of W Hotels Music Director Paul Blair aka DJ White Shadow, a Grammy-nominated producer who’s worked with Lady Gaga and many more. With the first one being in W Hollywood, the Barcelona studio is the first of the hotels European recording studios, boasting over half a million pounds worth of equipment, it’s the dream studio for anyone making music!
