DT736 – Bruno Furlan

Share

Hailing from the big and diverse city of Sao Paulo Brazil, Bruno Furlan started his DJ career while still a teenager and quickly became a highlight in the Brazilian electronic music scene.

With a very strong musical personality and big charisma, it didn’t take long for him to conquer a large fanbase in the country. A few years later, Bruno’s talent captured the attention from global recognized artists such as Claude VonStroke, Chris Lake, Solardo, Green Velvet and Amine Edge & Dance, which led him to his yearly tours in the United States, Canadá and Australia.

Always driven by a great love for his art, Bruno has created his own unique way of approaching music production, resulting in a standing out discography and performances throughout the world. In addition to his own record label Whistle Records, Bruno has released on labels such as Dirytbird, Relief, CUFF, Sony Music, SOLA, Nurvous, South of Saturn and more.

Some highlights in his career include the collaboration with Claude VonStroke, “The Book Is On The Table” and “Another Planet” with DJ Glen, which was considered by VonStroke himself, the “track of the year” in 2019. Bruno has also made notable appearances in Rock In Rio, Dirtybird Campout, AMF Festival, Só Track Boa, Friendship Cruise and many other festivals around the globe.

With a vision from someone that has dealt with electronic music for half of his life and having been exposed to the DJ culture as a child, Bruno always comes with fresh surprises that makes us curious about what’s coming next.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
