RY X’s ‘Body Sun’ gets remixed by Claptone

Australia-born, LA-based singer RY X has released a massive new remix of his track ‘Body Sun’ by the infamous golden mask adorned Berlin producer and enigma Claptone.

After the break-out success of his minimalist EP “Berlin” Ry notched up a string of sold-out shows across Europe, the US and Australia including both the Union Chapel and Shepherds Bush Empire in 2016 alone.

Claptone’s reworking shows off his well-renowned, almost mystical skills by reinterpreting ‘Body Sun’ as a future club classic while staying true to its origins.

Speaking about the remix, Claptone says: “It’s been a pleasure to work with Ry’s s voice, as it’s so mysterious and beautiful in a very unique way. But not only that. The chorus of ‘Body Sun’ just took me under its spell from when I first listened to it and I felt the urge to get this in shape for all the festivals and clubs in this world, to deliver the message so to speak. When the chorus kicks in, it’s goosebumps, sunrise, arms wide open, all at the same time.”
