Hailing from West London, Dj Nay is making waves as an up-and-coming artist with a unique sound and mixing style that’s caught the attention of Drum & Bass fans worldwide. Specializing in Ragga Drum & Bass/Jungle, she also has a knack for mixing House and Garage.
Since stepping onto the scene in 2022, Dj Nay has played at some of the top venues across the UK, including fabric and Ministry of Sound, and has made appearances on popular radio stations like Reprezent, Kool FM, Flex FM, Life FM and our own Data Transmission Radio! Her high-energy sets and seamless transitions have earned her a loyal following.
Besides DJing and producing, Dj Nay runs the notorious record label Dub Shotta, which has thrived in the Drum & Bass scene under her management. She’s also planning to launch a sister label that she’ll co-own, aiming to bring fresh talent and innovative sounds to the forefront.
Dj Nay’s journey is marked by collaborations with well-known artists and producers, contributing to her rapidly growing reputation. Her tracks have been featured in several compilations and she’s known for her ability to blend different genres seamlessly.
As one of the newest members of the Music From The Mothership collective, Dj Nay has big plans for 2024, including sets at Boomtown Festival, Shindig Festival, a return to XOYO, and much more. She’s also working on a series of EPs that will showcase her diverse musical influences and push the boundaries of the Drum & Bass genre.

It’s deffo giving sing along and summertime kind of vibes!
What’s your personal favourite track on it?
My personal favourite track on here is my Buju Banton bootleg ‘Come Test Mi’ just because I’m so proud of the fact that I made it and it is what has given me the passion to keep at it with the production.
What’s the special ingredient in this mix?
The special ingredient in this mix is definitely all of the great Dub Shotta tracks.
Tell us about your next EP…
I don’t have an EP planned but I have got a track coming out very soon with Black Out JA that I’m super excited about!
What have you got coming up?
The next few gigs I have coming up that I’m really excited about are DJ Ron’s London Something Lauch on the 27th of July and the Jungle Cakes residency on the 26th of July at XOYO it will be a busy weekend haha
When was the last time you actually raved?
To be honest, when I play at an event I usually hang around for the whole night and rave it up but the last really good rave I went to that I didn’t play at was Jungle Mania at E1
