Back with a fresh twist on some classic tunes, Addictive Behaviour returns with the second instalment of their ‘Relicked’ series, featuring two of the label’s finest tracks: Zombie Cats’ rework of Felix Raymon and Jamal Dilmen’s ‘Lonely Now’ and EastColors’ remix of Qua Rush’s ‘Over Me’. Both tracks have been remixed and re-energized by these amazing artists, bringing a fresh take on these classics.
To kick things off, German/Australian duo Zombie Cats make their debut with Addictive Behaviour, delivering an upbeat and dynamic rework of ‘Lonely Now’. Known for their precise production and high-energy style, Zombie Cats drop a liquid roller that hits just in time for the close of festival season—perfect for those late-summer vibes. Check out our premiere of the original below:
Zombie Cats are all about creative freedom, effortlessly shifting from deep soundscapes to cutting-edge club tracks. With respected releases on labels like Eatbrain, Liquicity, and Dispatch, and after breaking onto the scene in 2015, they’ve been touring the world with their precision-crafted, energetic live sets. For Zombie Cats, Drum & Bass and Jungle aren’t just music genres—they’re a way of life. Whether it’s advocating for dnb step or mentoring up-and-coming artists, Zombie Cats are all about keeping an open mind and a positive approach to all aspects of the Drum & Bass and Jungle culture.
On Friday 18th September, we premiered Zombie Cats’ remix of Felix Raymon and Jamal Dilmen’s ‘Lonely Now’, which you can check out below.
On the flip side, longtime Addictive mainstay EastColors steps up with a stunning remix of ‘Over Me’. With ethereal pads, arpeggiated stabs, and crisp, rattling drums, EastColors brings an atmospheric and gritty take on the original, adding a fresh layer of soul and depth to a label favourite.
As a key figure in the Russian Drum & Bass scene, EastColors has been delivering high-quality productions since his breakout release on Critical Music. Known for his deep, rolling sound and skillful blending of genres, his tracks have found homes on respected labels such as Demand Records, Symmetry, and, of course, Addictive Behaviour. His consistent, evolving sound has earned him a loyal following, and his ability to craft both dancefloor bangers and more introspective, melodic tracks showcases his versatility as an artist.
His track ‘Toys’, released on the legendary RAM Records, shot to the top of the Beatport charts and even made it onto the iconic ‘Nightlife’ compilation, mixed by none other than Andy C himself!
After years of hard work, Andrey dropped his debut solo album ‘Lighthouse’ in 2015, which became an instant hit with fans. Then in 2017, he kept the momentum going by releasing the huge tune ‘Keys’ on Swiss label Demand Records. The track quickly won over thousands of D&B lovers, racking up streams on Spotify and Apple Music, and earning a spot on the UKF playlist right away.
Andrey’s talent speaks for itself, landing him guest mix slots on BBC Radio 1. While touring across Europe, he keeps the energy high with DJ sets that blend rolling dance-floor beats and soulful, deep vibes—showcasing the best of D&B. Like a city that never sleeps, EastColors is constantly working on new music and projects, and his fans can’t wait to see what’s next. DnB for life!
Today, we premiere EastColors remix of Qua Rush ‘Over Me’ which you can check out below. ‘Relicked – Part 2’ drops exclusively on Beatport this Friday 20th September and will be available everywhere else on Friday 4th October. Make sure you grab a copy from here!
