ATTICUS returns to House of Hustle with his “Eyes’ EP

Share

Since House of Hustle first featured ATTICUS in 2022, he has been on a solid run with releases on labels such as Sink Or Swim. House of Hustle are happy to welcome him back with his ‘Eyes’ EP featuring two solid tech house tunes; all pimped up and ready to go.

Atticus Van Doleweerd is a dedicated Music Producer hailing from Rothesay, New Brunswick, Canada. His profound love for electronic music took root at the tender age of 11, igniting a lifelong passion that would shape his musical journey. By the age of 12, Atticus had already discovered the art of DJ’ing, using it as a creative outlet and means of expression and by the age of 13 he was already producing music.

During his formative years in high school, Atticus devoted himself to creating music that would be easy to play and resonated with DJs. He sought opportunities to share his tracks with various radio stations, gradually gaining recognition and garnering support along the way. After completing his college education, Atticus made a deliberate choice to refine his musical direction, embarking on a new artistic venture under the name ATTICUS. It is within this project that he wholeheartedly explores his passion for his favourite genre, House.

Since House of Hustle first started working with this talented artist, House of Hustle have always enjoyed his quality groove and melodic themes, and both these tracks deliver ATTICUS’ signature sound.

They said “We hope you enjoy the release as much as we do here at the Hustle HQ. Make sure you show it some love!”

We premiere ‘Eyes’ on Data Transmission today, check it out here and grab it on Beatport.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
