Share

Returning to Ultra Music for his third studio album ‘Papi Gordo 2‘, Carnage has teamed up with The Martinez Brothers on the ‘Together’. The track features the stunning vocals of Elderbrook and Mike Dean.

For those DT readers not sure who Carnage is, we’ve been told he’s from the world of Trap. Yeah, I know… not our normal musical coverage. Don’t panic though, for this single, he’s teamed up with the familiar and massive The Martinez Brothers to bring something much softer and lush track.

“Together” is an escapade into the musical worlds of Carnage, The Martinez Brothers, Elderbrook, and Mike Dean. It’s a song for the ages. Dissolving genre barriers, each artist plays to their strengths while simultaneously elevating each unique style to its peak. Smooth house beats swathed with percussive techno elements set the stage early as Elderbrook’s soft croonings carry into a mirage of synths. A textured track infused with nuanced flare, “Together” is a luminous triumph from four impressive artists.

The single is available on now via Ultra Music, you can stream it here – https://ffm.to/2gether  and check out the video below.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
