Sarah Story is taking the dance world by storm! As well as presenting the Capital FM Weekender show Sarah has been tearing up festivals across the summer from Lovebox to Hideout with her infectious house disco sets.

Performing as a DJ for Smirnoff this summer, Sarah laid down her distinctive disco beats at Snowbombing, SW4, Hideout and Reading Festival. Having been on tour DJing for Example and the resident DJ at Star of Bethnal Green’s disco brunch. Sarah’s passion for music and contagious personality has led her to work for Global as a Capital FM presenter since 2014, featuring across all areas including breakfast, drivetime and dance music shows, currently presenting the Capital Weekender with Ministry of Sound. Sarah was also the host and voice of the Smirnoff Equalising Music Documentary; tackling equality in the festival scene.
Sarah says about this mix “I wanted this mix to show loads of different sounds that have influenced me throughout the years, from going to Happy Hardcore events when I was 12 in Carlisle at my local leisure centre, to watching Human Traffic for the very first time. My big brother Lee took me raving to Tall Tree’s in Yarm when I was 15 and gave me the bug for raving & old skool house music. “
