FivePast5 announces his ‘Hold Me Close’ EP

Share

Bedfordshire Born, FivePast5, next single “Hold Me Close” is out on the rising Roller Blaster Records from 6th November 2020.

The always on-point DJ and producer creativity originates from self-producing & writing his own songs at a young age. He brings this classy, anthemic serving of peak time house, beautifully crafted and as contemporary as ever. With a vocal that hints at late-night hot of smoky jazz bars there are twists and surprises right to the end.

Anuvind aka FivePast5 explains actually got the idea for this track in the middle of a rave  – “it channels the uplifting nature of that moment and just the real positivity I felt about the future”.

The label says about the release ‘Prior to release on 6th November we sent the tracks out to just a small number of tastemakers and immediately gained support from across the globe including Aleksandar Galoski, Grégori Klosman, Chris Fortier, Codes, Benji Candelario, Anderson Noise, Don Diablo, Kenny Brian, Piem and Plus Beats’.

Remixes include an array of UK talent including a rework that is rapidly proving to be a  DJ favourite from K-OS (UK) who many will know from Reprezent Radio, as well as having featured on the renowned Data Transmission ‘Spotlight Series’, Audio Rehabʼs Ad Hypno and S I M B A who is become a regular feature on BBC Radio 1 with plays by Danny Howard and Jaguar across this year.
