X & Ivy join the Spotlight Mix Series

Share

House, Techno, and Garage duo X & Ivy are making waves in the electronic scene since launching their project in 2023.

With sets on Book Club Radio and gigs across the US, UK, Berlin, and Australia, they’ve quickly earned support from heavyweights like Peggy Gou, Jamie Jones, and Marco Carola, while also getting regular play on BBC Radio 1.

Their highly anticipated 2024 release, “Keep Me,” is a collaboration with UK Garage legend Todd Edwards—known for his iconic work with Daft Punk. This track blends X & Ivy’s signature house sound with Todd’s soulful vocal manipulation, creating a perfect fusion of classic UK garage vibes and modern dancefloor energy.

With an album’s worth of unreleased material waiting in the wings, X & Ivy are gearing up for a huge year ahead. Keep your ears open—these two are taking the underground by storm.

We asked them to drop on the Spotlight mix today, check it out below and grab it here.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
