Jessica Skye Unveils new single ‘Mindgames (Reimagined)’

Share

LA-based DJ and producer Jessica Skye has shared her ethereal new single, ‘Mindgames (Reimagined)’, out now via Platoon. The track is the second release from her upcoming downtempo remix album, ‘FluōState: Reimagined I’, which will arrive on January 17th, 2025.

‘Mindgames (Reimagined)’ reworks the original club-focused track into an otherworldly, atmospheric composition. The addition of a beguiling sitar adds a fresh dimension to Jessica’s evolving sound. The single follows the dreamy, vocal-led ‘Turiya (Reimagined)’, released last month, setting the tone for a serene, introspective collection.

The album draws inspiration from Jessica’s yoga and meditation teacher background, bridging the gap between electronic music and wellness. Transforming tracks from her acclaimed ‘FluōState 001’ and ‘FluōState 002’ albums, Jessica reimagines each piece into intricate, calming soundscapes.

Jessica shares:

“These have always been my go-to music choices when I’m trying to focus, relax, or just hold a space for myself… Re-working my own catalog for this project and purpose has been a really inspiring endeavour.”

The album offers a diverse sonic journey, from the serene, Balearic washes of ‘Virgo Rising (Reimagined)’ to the kosmiche tones of ‘Moon in Aries (Reimagined)’, alongside standout reworks like ‘Enter Nyx’ and ‘Tropic of Pisces’, which both reached Beatport’s Organic House Top Ten.

Jessica Skye continues to showcase her unique ability to blend deep grooves, ambient textures, and mindful resonance—a testament to her artistry as a producer and passion for using music to create meaningful spaces.

‘FluōState: Reimagined I’ drops on January 17th, 2025 via Platoon. Stream ‘Mindgames (Reimagined)’ now and pre-save the album – out now
